As an independent mortgage broker, I have access to over 100 investors, enabling me to find the optimal rate/fee structures available in the market. In addition, it also allows me to broaden my product offering to include non-QM loans such as bank statement products, foreign national loans, and 1-year tax returns. My job is to find my clients the best possible mortgage product available to them. If your current interest rate or quote seems too high it probably is. I am my clients’ single point of contact throughout the transaction from application to closing.
